In the production process, the online laser detection system monitors the dimensional accuracy of the product in real time, and automatically adjusts the equipment parameters once the deviation is found. The finished product inspection area is equipped with a leak-proof test device simulating human movement, as well as a professional softness tester, which comprehensively tests the product from multiple dimensions to ensure that each adult diaper meets high quality standards, and the defective rate is strictly controlled within 0.05%.
